Rob advised that he was very happy with his purchase experience and in fact he said “it was the most pleasant sales experience he has ever had!”
Rob said it was a pleasure to stand back and watch the sales staff make a fuss of his wife and the care they took to explain every feature and program her settings into the vehicle was great. Rob said if this is an indication of the way you treat your customers it is no wonder the Company has grown to such a size over the years.
He said he would have no hesitation is sending prospective customers to Peter Warren and he hopes when he comes back to the dealership next year to purchase his own vehicle he is treated as well. He added that unfortunately he won’t be buying a Mercedes vehicle for himself as he treats his cars much worse than a Mercedes Benz vehicle deserves!
